Rules to make a request:

1.1 You must have at least 10 posts on the site

1.2 Can be a banner for another site. As long as you ask for it a correct manner

1.3 If someone doesn't get to you in 24 hours you are able to bump.

1.4 If you bump to early, your request will be voided.
