Maybe it's just me, but when I signed in to this site, the first thing I noticed was "You are disconnected.".
I wondered why I was disconnected from the site. It took me a minute, but finally realized that it was the chat box I was disconnected from, not the site.
So, because of this, I was wondering how many others thought the same as me. I would suggest that you move the chat box to the bottom of the forum, so people don't see that first and think their disconnected after they log in.
